A short PSA this afternoon:
The plural of “rabbi” is “rabbis.” NOT “rabbi’s.”
Please don’t mistake possessives for plurals. “Rabbi’s” makes me wonder what the rabbi owns.

I do agree with you that the incorrect use of apostrophes is both confusing and annoying. Don't get me started on why the express lane in the supermarket should say "X items or fewer" rather than "X items or less."
