More is coming!
I “discovered” Judaism at 19 years old, which is now half a lifetime ago. I began this blog 12 years ago, but it has been quiet for almost 4 years. I’m nearing my 10th wedding anniversary, have 2 children, and still live in the New York City area.
What have I learned?
What do you think is coming? And what would you like to see? Tell me in the comments below!
Until then, if you need to find me, try this:

Hi! Just discovered your blog. I really like it.
How are you feeling about your conversion even though it’s been this long? How is motherhood different than how you were raised?

I am so excited you're back!!!!! If you don't mins, Id like to ask you to update the "Book List" section. The links aren't working. Also, Id love to see more Halacha approaches on your blog. Todah Rabah V'Shabbat Shalom!

What I would do to meet you in person!! I've been following this space the last many years & to say you truly helped me so much in my teshuva journey would be the biggest understatement! Much Hatzlacha as you make your way back!

Have you had any experiences or know of anyone who visited a mekubal to receive their hebrew name? I'm in the process of a giur lechumra BZ"H and my real name is literally an allusion to xtianity's founder "paul" yikes. So I'm curious if you've heard of anyone receiving their name through this (a mekubal).

Awww thank you!

I'm sure some have, especially in more chassidic communities, but I don't know of any stories about it. It would be more socially accepted in some communities than others, which would determine how open I would be about it. But then again, how often will it come up? Hatzlacha!

Thank you! And yes, that project is a PAIN. I'm working on it. And what do you mean about "more halacha approaches"?

Welcome! I doubt I could answer that standing on one foot! So complicated, and sometimes it depends on how I feel that day!
