Which book most surprised you with how “Jewish” it was?
I recently came across a recommendation for this book, “Loving Our Own Bones” by Rabbi Julia Watts Belser. I’m only a few chapters in, and so far it’s good. It’s also SUPER JEWISH. I thought it was “just” a book about disability (as I’m dealing with a recently-acquired physical disability), but nope, it’s full of Jewish philosophy.
So what books have surprised you? Tell me about it in the comments!
