1. Immediate Digital Downloads
All purchases of immediate digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, printables, e-books, or audio files) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, once the file has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds.

2. Online Courses & Workshops
We offer a 24-hour cancellation window for online courses. If you wish to cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at BetzelemElokim@gmail.com, and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds are not available after the 24-hour period or once the course content has been delivered in full.
3. Personalized Services
3.1 Cancellation Policy
- 48 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- 24-48 Hours Before Appointment: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
- Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service or failure to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the appointment is cancelled by us, we will offer you either a refund or an alternative date.
3.2 Refunds for Completed Services
Refunds for completed services are not available. If you experience an issue, please contact us at BetzelemElokim@gmail.com within 24 hours of the service to discuss further options.
